This remarkable stand grill combines the advantages of a post grill with those of grilling with electricity. Clean, safe and quickly heated, it ensures best grilling results by means of a precise temperature regulation, totally without smoke and fire and without annoying disposal of charcoal remains. Whether usual, direct grill marks on the open grill or indirect grilling with closed cover: everything comes out perfectly on the non-stick coated, round grill plate. On the ribbed surface, steaks get the typical grilling stripes and fish is gently cooked on the flat surface. Even large pieces of meat like e. g. chicken can be cooked gently and juicy if the cover is closed. In doing so, the temperature can be supervised by means of the temperature display attached to the cover. The massive post provides a convenient working height and the grilling utensils can be conveniently stored on the storage tray with practical hooks. Hinged cover, grill plate, drip pan and regulator are detachable and thus, the appliance is easy to clean. |
