I am having problems with the hardness setting. What can I do?
Everybody has his own idea of a "perfect" egg. This egg boiler has been designed for standard size M eggs. Other sizes will need more/less time to cook. Try varying settings until you have got a satisfying result. It is important to have the boiler set up on an even surface to get results that are both consistent and cooked evenly. Also make sure the heating bowl always contains 125 ml water (full measuring cup).
