The desired powder quantity (2 – 12 cups) is selected via a rotary knob. The detachable powder container makes it easy to take the ground coffee out and the detachable grinding disc provides for an easy cleaning. The practical cord take-up for cord not in use makes the pleasantly easy and safe handling of this appliance perfect.

What coarseness is best for what coffee preparation method? Coarse powder (setting 5 - 7) is best for hand-filtered coffee. Medium powder (setting 3 - 4) is normally used with boiler espresso machines. Fine powder (setting 1 - 2) is suitable for filter coffee makers or for automatic pump pressure espresso machines. Extra fine powder (setting 1) is perfect for manually making mocha. In the end, what coarseness you chose for what type of preparation is up to your own taste.
What foods can be processed in the grinder? This coffee mill is designed for grinding coffee/espresso beans within the quantities usually needed for domestic use. The mill´s disc grinder processes beans to your desired coarseness extra gently. To ensure good quality of your ground coffee powder please use the mill to process coffee/espresso beans only.
My coffee mill does not start anymore. What can I do? Clean the coffee mill and make sure to continue removing leftover coffee powder in the future to avoid hard to clean residues. Make sure the cover and the powder container are engaged properly. For safety reasons both parts feature safety switches, which prevent the mill from starting unless all parts are properly engaged.
