BPA-free – what does that mean?

BPA stands for bisphenol A, a plastic additive that is often found in plastics. It is suspected of affecting health, as it can dissolve from the material and transfer to food when it comes into contact with it – especially acidic foods such as citrus fruits. All food-related parts of our citrus juicers (press cone, pulp sieve, juice container and spout) are BPA-free. This means that your freshly squeezed juice retains its natural flavour and is free from potential harmful substances – for safe and carefree enjoyment.
