What temperature and fat content does the milk need to ensure a perfect result?
To make firm and fine-pored milk foam, we recommend using cooled milk with a fat content of 1.5 %. Milk of other temperature and/or fat content can of course be used also but the results might be different than desired.
The produced milk froth collapses very quickly. What can I do?
Make sure the jug is clean and dry and no soap or other residues remain on it before every usage. These can lead to the milk losing surface tension, making the froth collapse.
Can the frother be used to froth plant milk?
In principle the frother can be used for plant milk also. The results however will be different depending on the type of plant milk. In our experience soy milk will work well, while oat milk will be hard or impossible to froth.
