How do I clean the blender? For a quick and easy cleaning of the jug and the blade between several blending processes, the pulse function can be used. Fill some water and a drop of dishwashing detergent into the empty jug and close the lid firmly. Activate the pulse function for cleaning. Then pour out the wash water and rinse the jug with clear water. A more intensive final cleaning should be done immediately after each use so that residues will not dry up. You will find further information on how to do this best in the instruction manual downloadable here on our website. Glass or blender jug can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
The blender has an unpleasant smell during first usage. What can I do? Fill the jug with water and let in run on its highest setting for 2 minutes. The smell should disappear afterwards.
I cannot turn my blender on anymore. What can I do? Make sure the blender jug has snapped into place properly. Observe the according marks (arrow/dot) on jug and base unit.
The blender jug/ glass jug and the blade unit are leaky. What can I do? Make sure both parts are undamaged and screwed together accordingly. The blade unit should not be placed crookedly or uneven and the seal should be undamaged and positioned properly. Make sure everything has snapped into place completely.
