Can the appliance be set to different temperatures?
Yes. The warming tray can be set continuously from approx. 40 °C to 105 °C. As a guidance, the heating range has been divided into 12 levels.
Is there a detachable power cord for the appliance?
No. The power cord is firmly attached to the appliance in order to ensure continuous and constant heating during the period of use. Thus the food can be kept warm for a long time.
Can hot dishes be placed on the still cold glass surface? Can cold dishes be placed on the already heated appliance?
The warming tray should always be pre-heated before use, preferably (if possible) with the dishes to be used later. It is important that the glass surface is not exposed to excessive temperature differences, as this may cause damage to the material. Therefore please do not place cold dishes on the hot glass plate or hot dishes on the cold glass plate.
