This ROMMELSBACHER double cooking plate with SCHOTT CERAN® glass ceramic has a beautiful elegant stainless steel casing. A free-standing cooking plate, attracting everyone’s attention. Perfect as additional appliance to the normal stove, ideal for small kitchens, in offices and apartments and most popular in catering for buffets and cooking shows. The equipment meets all demands: the HiLight® heating zones are infinitely regulated and energy saving. The dual-circuit solution allows for an extra large zone with 210 mm to be set in addition, perfect for large cooking vessels. The knobs are retractable and thus childproof. Two pilot lamps and two residual heat indicators are understood. Overheating protection and automatic cooking system provide perfect safety and best convenience.
