We pay attention to single-origin plastics, avoid unnecessary packaging and use recyclable or recycled materials wherever possible.
Short transport routes
Our production in Dinkelsbühl/Germany ensures shorter delivery routes, fewer emissions and secures regional jobs.
Repair instead of discarding
Our appliances are designed for durability and can be repaired quickly and easily if necessary. Thanks to our in-house service laboratory with repair shop, our products function reliably for many years. Spare parts are still available even after a long time – a clear sign against the throwaway mentality.

ROMMELSBACHER and COSMO CONSULT are shaping the future together
For our current SaaS project with COSMO CONSULT, 50 trees were planted in Mexico – a sign of responsibility and partnership.
The campaign is based on a simple principle: every new software project means new trees, worldwide and regardless of location, implemented through Plant-for-the-Planet. This makes digitalisation not only efficient, but also sustainable. At ROMMELSBACHER, we wholeheartedly support this approach.

Make a big difference with smaller changes - discover our practical solutions for more sustainability at home. Extend the shelf life of your food by storing it in airtight packaging, thereby avoiding unnecessary food waste. At the same time, energy-efficient appliances help to save electricity and protect the environment.
Airtight storage with a vacuum sealer prolongs the freshness of food, protects against freezer burn, and helps to effectively reduce waste – sustainable for your household and the environment.
Appliances such as dehydrators, preservers and juicers help to preserve and utilise food. Our vacuum sealers help to reduce food waste.
Our range of eco small ovens, for example, stands for excellent energy efficiency, saving up to 50 % energy compared to conventional appliances - a real contricution to the environment and your wallet.
LikeNew - second chance for good appliances
We offer tested B-goods and C-goods with minor visual defects or from returns at a reduced price! For us, "LikeNew" means: All appliances have been thoroughly checked, technically overhaules and are fully functional.
Certification
With photovoltaics and a combined heat and power plant, we make an important contricution to environmental protection and are continuously working on making our production in Dinkelsbühl climate-neutral - by using sustainable energy sources. We develop energy-efficient products that support the sustainable use of food.
The 'Assured Sustainability' seal is not just an award for us, but a clear mandate: we review our processes on a daily basis and do everything we can to constantly reduce our ecological footprint.
Our sights on the future
ROMMELSBACHER is one of very few companies in the electrical household appliance sector that still produces in Germany. We source materials and components primarily from local partners. We are continuously working to improve our environmental footprint. This includes:
reducing CO2 emissions per appliance produced
increasing the proportion of recycled materials in our products
developing energy-efficient appliances with low power consumption
For us, responsibility does not end at the factory gate
Wheter local or global - social commitment is part of our everyday life. We support regional associations, kindergartens and artists, promote environmental initiatives in Dinkelsbühl and take part in aid campaigns - for example through donations in kind, transport of housing for refugees.
