The EBC-V 3510/IN model with high-quality SCHOTT CERAN® glass ceramic surface is an exceptional built-in induction hob “Made in Germany” in vertical format. This domino hotplate was developed for maximum flexibility, so that it also meets the specific requirements of the camper & motorhome sector in the very best possible way. Thanks to the implementation of an intelligent power management system with freely adjustable power limitation, this model can also be operated variably with an inverter, depending on the available power source. Perfect for allotments gardens and motorhomes, but also ideal as a reliable and fully fledged hob at home, in the office or in your holiday apartment.
Another special feature of this model is the practical bridge function which allows to connect the two square cooking zones to one large hob, so that larger induction cookware (e.g. roasters) can also be used. The cooking zones are controlled via touch control sensors, while the 9-stage power selection with power boost function guarantees the fastest heat-up. A 99-minute timer, the soft slider control with Smart Keys and various safety functions ensures ease of use.
